How to Install and Set up H Frame Scaffolding？
1. Erection sequence of scaffolding: Place the base, install the first step frame, install shear support on the base, lay foot pedals (or parallel frame), insert the barge core, install the lock arm on the previous step, install the door frame.
2. Gantry scaffolding should be set up from one end to the other end, and then set up the scaffold after the first step is set up.
3. Install the base according to the position marked on the backing plate (or pad) and insert the first two door frames, then install the cross brace and lock the locking sign to ensure the stability of the installed door frame.
4. Set up the next door frame in turn; For each frame, the shear brace is installed and the lock plate is locked, and the base is fixed with nails to prevent sliding.
5. When the scaffolding is set up in the first step, the level is used to detect the elevation of the door frame, and the height is adjusted with the adjustable base to make the elevation of the door frame consistent.
6. Install the lock arm on the lock seat at the end of the door frame in turn. The direction of the lock arm should be noted that the other end should be upward, bending in the same direction, and not wrong, so as to avoid being unable to be installed when connected with the previous step.
7. After the first step of scaffolding erection is completed, the second step of scaffolding can be set up from the end of the first step of scaffolding erection to prevent the connection difficulties caused by errors at the joint.
8. When setting up the gantry scaffold, the steel escalator should be installed synchronously in the specified position at the same time, and the bottom end of the steel escalator must be fixed with a steel pipe
9. For the whole piece of gantry scaffold, it is necessary to add horizontal reinforcement rods and cross reinforcement rods to increase the overall stiffness. The horizontal and cross reinforcement rods are made of steel pipes, and are connected with the door frame by fasteners. The Angle between the cross reinforcement rod and the erection rod of the door frame should be about 45°.
10. When setting up gantry scaffolding, the external safety net must be installed accordingly.
11. After the first two frames are fixed with shear supports, that is, the foot pedals or horizontal frames are installed, and the hook lock pieces at both ends shall be locked with the installation.
